Alongside their 25th anniversary conference in July, the Association of Contemporary Jewellers will also be holding a major touring exhibition and are looking for members to submit a brooch in line with the theme 'Meanings & Messages'.

Here at Sheffield Assay Office, we are delighted to sponsor a new collaborative ‘Industry Award’ for emerging makers to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Contemporary British Silversmiths. 

Administered by Sheffield Assay Office since 1993, The Mary Parsons Charity continues to help local Silversmiths in need and has done since it's beginning in 1815.

To give us a helping hand throughout the busy Christmas period, Sheffield Assay Office will be using Regency to help with our collections and deliveries in the run up to Christmas. See the timetable here...

Sheffield Assay Master, Ashley Carson recently attended the graduation ceremonies for Sheffield Hallam University's College of Social Sciences and Arts, where he was awarded an honorary Doctorate back in 2003.

The Goldsmiths’ Craft & Design Council (GC&DC) is now accepting entries to its annual competition, The Goldsmiths’ Craftsmanship & Design Awards.
