Sheffield Makers Showcased at Elements Festival
Published: 20th October 2022
The Elements Festival of Jewellery, Silver and Gold is returning to the stunning showroom of Lyon & Turnbull in Edinburgh from the 28-30 October 2022.
Taking place in historic Edinburgh, Elements is Scotland’s only selling fair of contemporary jewellery and silver. Now in its eighth year, Elements will once again bring the finest designer makers from across the UK together with Lyon & Turnbull.
We are delighted to see some Sheffield makers showcasing their work at this year's event! Charlotte Tollyfield, Christopher Perry, Brett Payne and Rebecca Joselyn are some of Sheffield's finest silversmiths and jewellers, as well as being registered customers here at Sheffield Assay Office, and will be exhibiting their work at Elements festival this year.
The Sheffield Assay Office was established in 1773, under an Act of Parliament and today the company assays and hallmarks the precious metals - silver, gold, platinum and palladium. Sheffield Assay Office is one of only four UK assay offices who all work to uphold the Hallmarking Act of 1973 and continue to ensure consumer protection for customers purchasing precious metals.
