On Thursday 3rd October, Sheffield Assay Office CEO and Assay Master, Ashley Carson, was delighted to present five prizes to graduating students from the Sheffield Hallam University MA Jewellery and Metalwork course.
The evening showcased the tremendous work of the students from the MA programme and were joined by Head of Department Roger Bateman, Head of Art & Design, lecturers and tutors Maria Hanson, Chris Knight, Rachel Colley and Kate Langrish-Smith and technician Drew Sutherland along with key members of the Jewellery & Metalwork community together with creative practitioners and partners from our regional museums, galleries, and design studios.
