Raising Standards in the Jewellery Industry

Earlier this year, the National Association of Jewellers unveiled a new whistleblower mailbox, to help support a drive for greater transparency and compliance within the UK jewellery industry.

This new initiative allows members of the trade to confidentially alert the Association to jewellery companies that may not be conducting business in a legally compliant way. This extends beyond just NAJ members and includes all companies in the jewellery trade.

Any concerns can be sent via email to concern@naj.co.uk and will be dealt with by an expert compliance department.
