Early Hall (Next Day) Service Temporarily Suspended

Published: 19th October 2021

Due to the unprecedented high volume of work we are currently receiving, and in order to ensure that we continue to provide the excellent level of service all our customers have come to expect, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend our Early Hall (next day) service until further notice.

All available staff have been seconded to our Hallmarking department to help address any backlogs of work and may not therefore be immediately available to callers at this time. Please do rest assured that all progress enquiries will be passed on straight away and dealt with as soon as possible, and an update will be sent out by email the same, or next day.

We apologise in advance for any delays you may experience but hope that you will bear with us as our teams work hard to increase turnaround times and reinstate our Early Hall service.

Best wishes

Ashley Carson
