Celebrating 25 years of service with Edinburgh Assay Master, Scott Walter

Sheffield Assay Master, Ashley Carson; Chairman, Charles Turner DL; and Law Clerk, Matthew Sibley, were delighted to recently attend a special 25th anniversary dinner for a good friend and colleague, Edinburgh Assay Master, Scott Walter.
Held at the prestigious Royal Scots Club, Edinburgh, guests included Director of Hallmarking for London Assay Office, Mr Will Evans plus representatives from London and Sheffield Assay Offices along with staff and senior members of the Incorporation of Goldsmiths. A speech and gift presentation was given by Deacon Tom Murray.

I was very honoured to be asked to give a speech on behalf of the guests" said Ashley" and also to make a presentation from Sheffield Assay Office of a beautiful jerry can hip flask, designed and made by Rebecca Joselyn".
